Data collected online puts a minor remodel in 2019 at about $21,300 and a major one around $64,800. However; data from the National Kitchen and Bath Association state the true range is $48,000 to $90,000 depending on the kitchen size. 

The number one item on our list would be cabinet. The average cost of cabinets cost upwards of $15,000. Appliances and countertops are usually the second most expensive expense at an average cost of $6,000 - $8,500 each. 

A complete standard size kitchen remodel including appliances, cabinetry, lights, countertops etc...-you should budget somewhere in the $22K-$32K range.
