House Painting Experts - 50 Years Experience

If you are a homeowner than you own part of the American dream. However, there is a trade-off in owning a home. Every homeowner in California (especially) will tell you that it is not cheap to keep the dream alive. Even those without a mortgage spend money each and every year on maintenance, renovation and utility expenses.

  • Sooner or later you will need to hire a contractor.

Just as important in having a personal doctor or a honest family mechanic, building a relationship with a general contractor allows you to approach all of your home-improvement projects with ease.

  • Do you have a trusted contractor on speed-dial??

We got you covered. You will be dealing directly with the contractor. No middle man and no Salesmen. We keep our overhead fairly low to keep our prices competitive. You will be dealing with a licensed contractor.

  • Why is that important?

The California State License Board (CSLB) issues a license only to those with a minimum 5 years experience. A contractor must then take an extensive two part exam (Law & Trade) along with many fees and background checks to minimize the common complaints of contractor fraud. The person with the license is called a Responsible Managing Officer (RMO). Many companies illegibly pay an RMO for his/her license to work under, so pay attention.

  •  Brief history

My name is Udi Hen. I am a proud American contractor. Since I was a little kid I loved power tools. I was always building things, painting something, creating and designing around my room. I was lucky enough to work in the field that I love for over 20 years. Fast forward to 2016, I attended a convention in Las Vegas where I was exposed to the benefits of Energy Efficiency products. I was fascinated and had to share my knowledge. I started installing Solar Panels, Energy Efficient Air-Condition, Cool Roofing materials, Radiant Barrier, Insulation, Double Pane Windows etc...  I now offer a lifetime of experience in saving energy and making your home more comfortable to live in. Below is a model that any homeowner can follow to start benefiting.

Hiring a Contractor Checklist and Tips| www.cslb.ca.gov

  • Get at least three identical construction bids and ask for client references.
  • Ask to see the contractor's pocket license and a current photo ID-the names need to match.
  • Consider searching the contractor's name online for additional reviews.
  • Check the contractor license number to make sure it is current and in good standing at www.cslb.ca.gov or by calling 800-321-CSLB (2752)
  • Ask if your contractor carries general liability insurance in case of accidental damage.
  • Make sure you get a detailed written contract before work begins. The contract should include specifics about project materials and expectations, as well as clean-up and debris removal. Do not sign a contract you do not understand.
  • Have a timetable for each phase of your project and the corresponding payment schedule spelled out in the contract. Do not let payments get ahead of the work.
  • Pay no more than 10% of the total contract price or $1,000 as a down payment, whichever is less. Avoid paying in cash.
  • Keep all of your project documents, including payments and photographs, in a job file.

Which paint is best for exterior house?

When it comes to exterior paint, the most popular finishes are satin/eggshell, semi-gloss, high-gloss, flat, and elastomeric. Satin/eggshell is the best choice for siding, thanks to a low-reflective finish with a slight gloss that enables it to cover up any imperfections in the surface.
